Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before placing an order or using the Bill Jokes website located at billjokes.com ("Site"). By accessing the Site or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this Site or place any order.

"Bill Jokes," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of billjokes.com, a sole proprietor business based in Florida, United States.

"You," "your," and "buyer" refer to any individual who accesses the Site or purchases a product.

2. Nature of Products

2.1 Novelty Items Only

All products sold on this Site are novelty gag cards produced for entertainment, humor, satire, and commentary purposes only. They are not currency, financial instruments, securities, or items of monetary value of any kind.

2.2 Adult Content Advisory

Some Bill Jokes products contain mature humor, satirical political commentary, crude language, or edgy content that may not be suitable for all audiences. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are legally permitted to purchase such items in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Satirical Nature

Some products express political opinions, satirical viewpoints, or commentary on public figures, organizations, or political issues. These products represent satirical expression protected under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. The views expressed on novelty cards are satirical in nature and do not constitute factual claims.

2.4 Currency-Inspired Design Disclosure

The back of every Bill Jokes card features a novelty design inspired by U.S. currency aesthetics. These designs are produced in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 504. All cards:

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

3.3 Sales Tax

Florida residents may be charged applicable Florida state and county sales tax at the rate applicable to the delivery address. Out-of-state customers are responsible for any use tax obligations in their own jurisdiction.

3.4 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your credit card information. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize us to charge the full amount of your order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise specified. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers.

4.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on pack size and destination. Orders meeting our current free shipping threshold (if applicable) will be noted at checkout.

4.3 Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

4.4 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products purchased passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the package has been accepted by USPS. If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a USPS claim to the extent possible.

4.5 Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

5.1 All Sales Final — Custom Printed Products

Because Bill Jokes products are custom-printed novelty cards produced on demand, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened packs.

5.2 Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described at the time of purchase, contact us within 7 days of delivery via Instagram DM at @thebilljokes with:

We will, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for verified defective orders. We reserve the right to request return of the defective items before issuing any remedy.

5.3 Wrong Items Shipped

If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover shipping costs to correct any error on our part.

5.4 Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, dissatisfaction with design content, or failure to read the product description before purchase. Please review all product descriptions and our Product Disclaimer carefully before ordering.

5.5 Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback where the product was delivered as described and these Terms were violated.

By using this Site and purchasing our products, you agree that you will NOT:

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content on this Site are the property of Bill Jokes or its content suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Site content without our express written permission.

7.2 Third-Party Rights

Bill Jokes products containing political commentary or satire are produced under First Amendment protections for satirical expression. We do not claim any association with, endorsement by, or affiliation with any political organization, government entity, candidate, or corporation referenced in our products.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR PURCHASE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12.3 Jurisdiction

Any disputes not resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
